We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your child’s developmental strengths and needs.
At Bridging Beginnings, our Preschool Age Support Program provides individualized developmental support through a structured, play-based approach. This 16-week program is designed to strengthen essential skills that prepare children for success in school, social settings, and everyday life.
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your child’s developmental strengths and needs.
Following the evaluation, we meet with parents/caregivers to review the assessment findings. Together, we develop a personalized 16-week plan with clear, measurable goals that align with your child’s developmental needs and family priorities.
Your child will participate in weekly 90-minute sessions either at home or in a community setting (such as a private preschool).
Sessions focus on targeted skill-building through structured play, interactive activities, and caregiver coaching to reinforce strategies at home.
Parents receive a detailed progress update every
month, outlining achievements, ongoing areas of
focus, and recommendations for continued growth.
We encourage open communication with families to
ensure the strategies are effective and integrated
into daily routines.
At the end of the 16 weeks, we conduct a final review of
progress towards established goals.
Families receive a comprehensive summary of their child’s
development and recommendations for continued learning.
Parents have the option to enroll in an additional 16-week
cycle for ongoing support and skill refinement.
